In Lithuania, orders are delivered to a convenient parcel locker or through a selected courier. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days, and there may be delays for larger orders. Please note that currently, delivery to parcel lockers may be temporarily suspended due to sub-zero temperatures - we kindly invite you to choose courier delivery.

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions.

14-Day Return Policy

We provide a 14-day period from the date of delivery during which you can return the product.

Item Condition

To return an item, it must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, with the same set of accessories that the Buyer received, unopened, and with the dispenser not inserted into the product. Please ensure that the item is unused, undamaged, and has all the included elements and original packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• If you decide to return the item, pack it securely for its safe journey.
• The Buyer must send the returned items via registered mail, using the same method as received.
• The tracking number of the registered mail must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
• The Buyer covers the return shipping costs for quality goods.
• To return the item(s), the Buyer must inform the Seller via email at hellow@lerow.lt, attaching photos or videos describing the issue.
• When returning the item, the Buyer must provide the printed purchase document (order, copy of payment).
• For returning a quality item, only the amount paid for the item is refunded to the Buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the Buyer returns the wrong item, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct one.
• If the Buyer returns an item purchased with a discount, the refunded amount will be the paid sum with the applied discount.
